At Chess Sales, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must include original tags and be in its original, sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
